Zepth Core · Construction management

The operating system
for construction.

Most construction software remembers what happened. Core runs what happens next — documents, cost and time, the site, and risk, worked in one place — with an agent in every module and a human at every gate.

Record vs. operating system

A system of record remembers.
An operating system runs.

Legacy construction platforms are filing cabinets — they store your documents and log what already happened. You still chase every approval, re-key every number, and stitch the story together by hand. Zepth Core is the operating system: the work runs inside it, and the record writes itself as the project moves.

A system of record

A passive archive of what happened

  • Stores your documents and logs what already happened
  • You chase every approval, update, and signature by hand
  • Data re-keyed across disconnected, single-purpose tools
  • Tells you what happened — after it happened
  • Reporting is manual archaeology across exports
  • A passive archive you visit to look things up

Zepth Core: operating system

The platform the work runs inside

  • Runs the workflows — RFIs, submittals, inspections, risk
  • Every module writes to one live, shared record
  • An agent in every module drafts the work and holds it at the gate
  • Shows what is live now — and what is next
  • The audit trail is a by-product of work getting done
  • A living system that drives the project forward

The record is the floor, not the ceiling. Core owns the single source of truth — then acts on it.

The Common Data Environment

One project. One record. One source of truth.

Every document, inspection, RFI, observation, and risk lives in one Common Data Environment — not scattered across email threads, spreadsheets, and four disconnected tools. Core’s CDE is the spine the whole operating system runs on.

Single source of truth

Every module writes to the same record. No silos, no re-entry, no "which version is current?"

Live, not archived

The CDE is the working surface, not a vault you export to. Agents read and write to it as the project moves.

Governed & auditable

Role-based access, full audit trail, every change attributed to a person and a moment.

Your data, your perimeter

One platform, one boundary. Your record never leaves Zepth or trains anyone else’s model.

Connected across the lifecycle

The same record flows into Vector (procurement) and Edge (assets & finance) — one environment, preconstruction to handover.

The spine the platform runs on

Documents, quality, the site, and risk all sit on one foundation — so the operating system can act across every discipline at once.

Single source of truth · Live · Owned by you
Project controls

The owner has two levers. Cost, and time.

Everybody on the project has a system, and every one of them reports upward. What the owner usually gets back is last month's summary of somebody else's data. Project Controls is the pair of instruments that answers the two questions an owner is actually being asked — what will this cost, and when will it finish — from a record they own.

The money

Cost Control

The delivery-phase ledger: what each budget line has committed, what the variations will do to it, what the direct costs add, and what is genuinely left to spend. Cost is committed at the moment somebody decides and reported at the moment somebody invoices — control lives in that gap.

The time

Schedule Control

The contractor authors the programme in P6 or MS Project; you interrogate it here. Every monthly submission read against the baseline AND against last month, with milestone variance and forecast drift visible — because a programme nobody objected to is the programme the delay claim gets built on.

The evidence

Zepth 360

And the record that settles the argument between the two. A photograph requires that somebody knew, on the day, what would matter two years later — and almost nothing that matters later was known at the time. Zepth 360 captures the room: 360° images pinned to points on the floor plan, navigable by place and by date, so the programme that claims a floor is 80% complete can be checked against the floor.

The module suite

7 disciplines. One platform.

Core covers the full job of running construction delivery — document control, project controls (cost and schedule), quality and safety, the site and its visual record, risk and tasks. Each module has a construction-trained agent built in, and every one of them writes to the same record.

An agent in every module — drafting the work, holding it at the gate for your sign-off.

AI, built in — not bolted on

Every module has an agent. You stay at the gate.

Core’s agents read your drawings, specs, and live project data, draft the work — an RFI response, an inspection, a risk call — and hold it for your sign-off. Built in, not a copilot stapled on top.

See how the AI works

Built into every module

Not a chat box in the corner. A construction-trained agent lives inside each module, reading your drawings, specs, and live project data.

Draft, then your gate

Agents prepare the work — an RFI response, an inspection, a risk call — and hold it for your sign-off. The consequential decisions stay yours.

One fleet, three products

Core’s agents are part of one fleet that spans Vector and Edge too — orchestrated to work as one across the whole project.

Built for the whole team

When the whole project runs in one place, everyone belongs in it.

An operating system only works if the whole organization is on it. So Core ships with unlimited users and unlimited storage as standard — no seat counting, no quota games, no one locked out of the record.

Unlimited users

If the project runs in Core, everyone working on it belongs in Core. No per-seat pricing deciding who gets to see the truth.

No per-seat pricing constraints
Execs to field crews, all in one place
Subcontractors and partners included
Scale teams without budget friction

Unlimited storage

The operating system keeps the whole record — every document, photo, and decision — for as long as the project lives. Nothing pruned to save space.

No data deletion to stay under a cap
High-resolution site photos and video
Complete, unbroken audit trails
Archive projects indefinitely

One platform. Entire organization.

When everyone works on the same live record, decisions happen faster, nothing falls through the cracks, and the project moves as one. That is what an operating system is for.
