How much does Zepth cost and how is it priced?
Zepth doesn’t publish list prices — every engagement is scoped to the project. You pay for the modules you turn on, with a one-time implementation, an annual subscription that includes working-hours support, optional services, and AI metered by usage. Zepth never charges on the value of construction running through the platform, collaboration is never charged, and storage isn’t metered. All five products are quoted on those same four parts, though what drives each one differs.
How the model works
Engagements are scoped per project, or portfolio-wide for enterprise, by the modules you turn on. Your cost does not rise because your pipeline grew — Zepth does not charge on annual construction volume the way much of the category does.
Owners, contractors, consultants, subcontractors and vendors all come in at no cost, because a record only works if everyone on the project is in it.
Why there is no price list
The real cost of getting a team live is the work: configuration, any migration, integrations, training, go-live and hypercare. That differs by scale and by the state of your existing data, so a quote scoped to your actual engagement is more honest than a tier that fits nobody. The pricing page shows what each of those components covers and what moves it.
