Does construction management software charge per user?
Most of the category does, in one of two ways: a per-seat licence, or a percentage of annual construction volume. Both punish the thing the software is for — per-seat pricing makes you ration who can see the project, and volume pricing raises your cost because your pipeline grew. What to ask a vendor
Ask what happens to the bill when you invite your supply chain, and what happens when your pipeline doubles but your team does not. The answers to those two questions tell you more about a platform’s economics than any list price.
