Does construction AI replace project engineers?
No. It removes the chasing, not the engineer. The AI drafts the submittal response, the RFI answer and the risk call with citations and a confidence score; the engineer reviews and signs. What changes is where the day goes — engineers stop maintaining the clock and start making the calls the clock exists to protect.
The work that disappears is the work nobody wanted
Planning a closure path, remembering who owes what, chasing a reviewer, assembling a response pack: none of it is engineering judgement, and all of it is where the time goes.

Zepth is the construction project delivery platform — it runs construction, procurement and asset management on one record, and does the work: reading the drawings, reviewing the submittals, matching the invoices and flagging the risks, with a human sign-off on anything consequential.
