Does the AI make decisions on its own, or is there human sign-off?
There is human sign-off on anything consequential. Zepth’s agents do the work and present their finding with a confidence score, but a person reviews and approves decisions that matter — for example, an RFI with a structural impact is routed to the responsible engineer. AI does the heavy lifting; people stay accountable.
Human-in-the-loop by default
The product shows the agent’s finding, its confidence, and the human who signs off — accountability is built in.

Zepth is the construction project delivery platform — it runs construction, procurement and asset management on one record, and does the work: reading the drawings, reviewing the submittals, matching the invoices and flagging the risks, with a human sign-off on anything consequential.
