Evaluating Zepth

What does construction software implementation cost include?

Six things, and they are worth separating because you control several of them. Configuration — modules switched on and workflows mapped to your approval matrices. Migration — existing registers and documents brought in with revision trails intact, and nothing charged if there is none. Integration — connections to the systems you keep. Training on your real project data. A structured, phased go-live rather than a big-bang cutover. And hypercare until steady state.

Which parts you can move

Migration is the most variable and the most avoidable: a new project starting fresh has nothing to migrate and pays nothing for it. Integration scales with how many systems you keep rather than how big you are. Go-live cost follows how you phase it, which is your decision, not the vendor’s.

What is not implementation

Working-hours support and platform updates belong in the annual subscription, not the one-time fee. If a vendor puts ordinary support behind a paid tier, that is a recurring cost wearing an implementation label.

Zepth is the construction project delivery platform — it runs construction, procurement and asset management on one record, and does the work: reading the drawings, reviewing the submittals, matching the invoices and flagging the risks, with a human sign-off on anything consequential.
